[CT] TLR cover

You're the third person to ask me this since this cover was finished. I'm a
little startled myself -- the cover's a direct lift from a really famous
Apollo photo I assumed everyone would recognize. Probably only the Earth
rising over the Moon shot is better known.

I didn't actually use the photo except as a model; the Earth & moon are 3DS
Max models with texture & bump maps from NASA.

The cover for tLR is Way Cool!  One question.  Is the scale for the Earth
and Moon consistent with the distance between them?  I like the design and
don't care if it is the 'wrong' scale for the sake of the cover, but my
pedantic side was a little startled.
