[CT] QOA moving

I've reacquired QueenOfAngels.com from my business partner, and have moved
ISPs. It should be back up shortly through ReadyHosting.com -- a Windows
2K/SQL Server host that my Amazing New DanielKeysMoran.com website can
actually run on. I'm not sure if I'll run as QOA.com or as DKM.com -- I
won't maintain two websites; one will forward to the other.

I'm fond of QOA and will probably keep it; DanielKeysMoran.com/net/org will
be forwarded to that URL, most likely.

The QOA mail accounts will be down briefly while this is going on. Sorry for
