[CT] Russian translations of CT books

Russian company wrote to me, wanting to publish EE/tLR/tLD/AI War. Asked if 
I had rights to translation for the various books, and I do -- it would be 
amusing (though just barely) if AI War were available in Russian before 
being available in English.
