The passage of time. Belinda Singer knew who he was; Michell Altaloma refs 
him as a Castanaveras at one point -- "the only Castanaveras who certainly 
survived the Troubles" -- so it's not a secret any more and hasn't been for 
some time. It's certainly not because Trent admitted to anything; just the 
accumulation of detail.
