Oh, sure. But you know, the odds are really good that you're going to
die anyway, no matter what you do. To quote George Carlin on the subject
of eating your meat rare, "Take a fucking chance. You know how many
people die from food poisoning every year? 9000! It's a minor fucking
risk!"
