I'm about to cancel two of the orders (4 copies total) that I haven't
received checks for. If the checks for them don't arrive in the next few

Has anyone received their signed copy that they ordered a couple of
weeks ago?  I hate to bother Dan personally but it's been two weeks and
he never responded with an email through Paypal to let me know he got
